Our goal is to produce a show that allows every exhibitor the opportunity to present and celebrate their art, in an inviting setting while supporting the purchase of original fine art, handmade creations and fostering art appreciation. Below, please find the festival medium guidelines;

All works must be one of a kind original fine art or handmade craft that is created by the exhibiting artist.

ACRYLIC: Paintings in Acrylic paint.

CERAMICS: Handmade clay or porcelain (excludes molds or greenware).

DRAWING: Works in pen/ink. charcoal conte, colored pencil.

GLASS: Hand-blown and formed glass, lamp work, eglomise, verre eglomise, and original works in which the primary material is glass.

GRAPHICS: Computer -generated imagery created solely by the artist via digital means.

JEWELRY: Includes works created with metals, precious stones, sea glass, enamel, clay, woven gold/silver wire or precious metal clay. 

METAL: Hand -tooled, formed items in which primary material is metal.

MIXED MEDIA: 2-D works combining art media, including collage.

MIXED MEDIA: Incudes hand painted items such as home furnishings that are painted and decorated over a majority of their surfaces. Includes items created in some other medium such as concrete, this category excludes the arrangement of flora.

OIL: Paintings in Oils or oils sticks.

PASTEL: Works created with soft or oil pastels.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Includes original photographic prints via darkroom or digital printing means, (excludes mass printed photographic prints by third party).

PRINTS: Hand pulled etchings, silkscreens monoprints. (Excluding giclee).

SCULPTURE: 3-D nonfunctional works of wood, stone, metal, etc.

TEXTILES: Hand woven, handmade, hand decorated items (no ready-made).

WATERCOLOR: Painting in watercolor paint and /or gouache.

WOOD.: Hand-tooled carved items in which primary material is wood.

Exhibitor Eligibility : The Weston Fine Arts Festival is open to all persons regardless of race creed or color, sexual orientation or national origin. We believe equal opportunity is extremely important and every individual is unique in their own way. We strive to create an open, inclusive, and equal environment in which every individual has the opportunity to flourish. The WestonArts committee reserves the right to refuse anyone that does not honor this DEI commitment. The exhibiting artist must be present during the show hours . 

Set up and Breakdown: Accepted exhibitors will be notified. Check in and set up will on Friday, July 7th from the hours of 11:00am - 5:00pm, 6:00am - 9am on Saturday.  Exhibitors must be set up by 9:30am each day of the festival. The Festival Hours are 10am - 9pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Take down will be at 5pm on Sunday.  Exhibitors may not breakdown their booth during show hours. 

Security: is provided overnight, although the area is monitored, we are not responsible for personal belongings or the art.  Exhibitors are responsible for properly securing their own booths. Please keep your space clean and tidy.  Refundable deposits will be honored accordingly.
