Robin Babbin

My career has ranged from Furniture, Textile and Interior Design to Graphic Design and Fine Art. My sense of color and composition are the result of a professional life in home decor and a formal education in fine arts and design. My work has taken me from India where I worked with artisans to weave my textile designs on hand looms to shopping for inspiration all over the world to create fabric collections. My paintings are the culmination of all these influences.

I work out of a studio in Westport CT. In addition to painting, I have been the Design Director of Product Development for Lillian August Home Furnishings and the Creative Director of Montage Modern and Weathervane Hill Fabric.
