Cynthia Calamari

I moved from Larchmont NY to Weston in June 2020 and am in love with the nature! Since leaving my Finance job in NYC, I began to take up my old hobby of painting. I have always loved art, but sadly didn't have much time for it being a single mom and working in NYC full time. I don’t yet have a website, but my art is on Instagram under the handle @cynthiacfineart. I am an abstract artist and my mediums consist of acrylics on canvas, at times incorporating ink, spray paint, or charcoals. I am inspired by music and nature. I would describe most of my pieces as ethereal and lately have been inspired to paint in brighter colors. I sold my first piece at last years Weston Arts Festival! “How Soon is Now”. I sold my second piece at my second arts show at the Larchmont Arts festival in 2021 titled “Calistoga Skies”.
